Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Human Resources Executive at Monastic Media in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and HR policy enforcement. Additionally, they will handle performance management, conflict resolution, and general operations.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations skills
• Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution skills
• Knowledge of HR policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office (Mandatory)

Location:Adajan, Surat, Gujarat

Work Type: In Office, Full Time

Salary: 15,000 per month
