We are currently seeking an accomplished HR Manager to lead our dynamic HR team. In this pivotal role, you will assume responsibility for all HR-related affairs throughout the organization, ranging from recruitment and performance reviews to wage assessments, disciplinary actions, and the implementation of learning and development initiatives. The HR Manager will play a key role in supervising all facets of human resources practices and processes.
To excel in this position, candidates should possess a substantial background as an HR manager or in other senior roles within the HR domain. Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of the legal requirements associated with this role is essential.
The HR Manager's duties encompass the oversight of various human resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with pertinent labor laws and regulations. This role represents a crucial component in fostering a positive and compliant work environment while driving the organization's overall success.
HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Training, counselling, and coaching our staff.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Leading a team of junior human resource managers.
- Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan.
- Improve ties between management and employees by responding to requests, grievances, or other issues.
- Control the hiring and hiring process.
- Support present and future company demands through growing, involving, inspiring, and preserving human capital.
- Create and keep track of the organization's overall HR strategies, methods, tactics, and procedures.
HR Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in HR management
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Ability to give presentations.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
