Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. They will collaborate with the management team to create and implement HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Manager will also handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in HRMS software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
