Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.

Develop and implement HR policies that foster a thriving workplace culture.

Partner with department leaders to address HR needs and provide strategic solutions.

Manage performance evaluation programs and career development initiatives.

Cultivate strong employee relations and conflict resolution.

Stay updated on HR trends and compliance specific to the FinTech sector.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

Proven track record in HR roles within the IT or FinTech sectors.

Strong understanding of the unique dynamics of the FinTech industry.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Shift:General shift, Monday to Saturday (9.00 am to 5.30 pm).
