Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Kuniya Group of Institutions. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the leadership team and employees to foster a positive work environment and ensure the institution's HR policies and procedures are followed.

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
