Human Resources Manager

Our platform scours 100k news sites daily to provide users with topical and relevant articles to write about. We analyze each user's tone and voice to craft the perfect post, saving time, reducing post anxiety, and keeping users informed about their industry.

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager at Kumori.ai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. The role also involves maintaining compliance with labor laws, managing employee benefits, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in remote team management is a plus
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is preferred
