Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at JIT INDUSTRIES in Rajkot. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. This includes recruitment and hiring, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy development. You will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
• Experience in recruitment and selection processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
