Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role located on-site in Kochi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR compliance. They will also handle payroll, benefits administration, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
