Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad at GetFive. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, training & development, and fostering a positive work culture within the organization. Your goal is to create a positive and productive work environment that fosters employee engagement and supports our organizational growth.
Qualifications
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Screen and interview candidates to identify suitable individuals for open positions.
Conduct reference checks and background verification.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
2. HR Policies and Procedures:
Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Update HR policies and procedures as needed.
3. Compensation and Benefits:
Administer compensation and benefits programs in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation.
Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
4. Employee Relations:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
5. Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance.
6. Training and Development:
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate external training opportunities as needed.
Track employee training and development progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 3 + years of experience in HR management.
Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
