Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes for both our corporate office and factory.
The HR Manager will play a key role in ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops the best talent while fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations in a fair and consistent manner.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management issues.
- Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate training programs.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain competitive compensation structures.
- Manage employee benefits programs and communicate benefits information to staff.
- Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at both corporate and factory levels.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- HR Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior leadership.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Health and Safety:
- Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and trainings at the factory site.
- Address and resolve any workplace safety issues promptly.

Working Conditions
- Split time between corporate office and factory locations.
- Travel between sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is plus.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
