Role Overview: As the Manager - HR, you will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the seamless execution of HR initiatives, recruitment, policies, and engagement programs. You will play a pivotal role in ideating, implementing, and managing various HR processes to cultivate a positive and dynamic work culture.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Proactively source and create talent pools of potential candidates through online channels.
- Establish connections with relevant colleges and conduct campus recruitments.
- Develop assessment strategies for open roles and set interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Ideate and execute various employer branding initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, including the preparation of performance metrics, feedback collection, and performance discussions.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure the timely completion of goal-setting and performance reviews.
Required Skills:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
- 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably within a consumer internet, e-commerce, product-oriented, or startup environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and deliver results within stringent deadlines.
- Critical thinking and adept problem-solving abilities.
