Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities.
- Implement and oversee employee training programs.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Update and maintain HR policies as needed.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, etc.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure smooth administration.
Willingness to Travel:
- This position requires occasional travel training and other activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
