Your Role: Drive People to Success
As the Human Resources Manager, you'll be a key player in ensuring the success of our team and organization. You'll oversee all HR functions, partnering with departments to develop and implement strategic initiatives that support our growth and success.
What You'll Do:
- Create job descriptions for various roles within the organization
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes
- Develop and implement training curriculum to enhance employee skills
- Lead recruitment efforts and improve talent acquisition strategies
- Foster employee engagement and resolve conflicts as needed
What You Need:
- 1-2 years experience as an HR Manager in a startup environment (At Canadian companies would be a bonus)
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace (Bonus)
- Strong judgement of character & comfort with being on video calls
- Demonstrated expertise in training and development
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Keen interest in contributing to all areas of the organization
