What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.

Ensure HR compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Oversee performance management and payroll systems.

Build a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns effectively.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 5-10 years in HR (manufacturing/defence industry preferred).

Education: Bachelor's in HR/Business Administration (MBA preferred).

Strong knowledge of labour laws, HRMS, and compliance.

Tech-savvy: Comfortable with HRMS software, digital tools, and MS Office/Excel.

Adaptability: Thrive in a fast paced and evolving work environment.

Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
