Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Ducara Info Solutions in Meerut. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and enforcing company policies. They will play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• IT Recruitment (4-5Years of Experience)
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
