Job Summary: The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes in the IT company. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, regulatory compliance, and HR policy development. The HR Manager will work closely with senior management to ensure that the company's human resources strategies align with its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Employee Onboarding and Development:
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated into the company smoothly.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Mediate and resolve employee disputes and conflicts.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure market competitiveness.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Work with management to set performance goals and development plans.
- Address performance issues and implement improvement plans as needed.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on HR activities and present them to senior management.
- Use HR data to make informed decisions and improve HR practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
