Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices, policies, and operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a great workplace and driving organizational success through people-centric strategies.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Strategic HR Partnership:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic advice on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and resolve key challenges related to talent and culture.

  1. Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to understand and address concerns.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
  1. Talent Management:
  • Identify training and development needs within business units and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and career development.
  • Assist in developing retention strategies to reduce attrition and enhance employee satisfaction.

  1. Change Management:
  • Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Communicate changes effectively to employees, addressing concerns and promoting alignment.

  1. HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Educate employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Work with the HR team to update and refine policies as needed to support business needs.

  1. Diversity and Inclusion:
  • Partner with leadership to promote diversity and inclusivity initiatives.
  • Support programs and activities that foster an equitable and balanced workforce.

  1. HR Metrics and Reporting:
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key HR performance indicators to leadership.

Essential Skills Required

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
  • Overall Experience of 15 years and minimum of 8-10 years of experience as HR Manager and, with a focus on HR business partnering.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, talent management, and HR strategy.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and systems, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
