Job Overview:

AsHR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and training to employee relations, compliance, and payroll. You will play a critical role in developing strategies to enhance employee engagement, streamline HR processes, and ensure alignment with Centro's values.

This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. You will work closely with leadership to cultivate a supportive work environment that empowers employees and drives organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and teams.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies tailored to the hospitality industry.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions to support future growth.
Training & Development:
  • Design and implement training programs that enhance technical and soft skills, ensuring alignment with Centro's standards.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and deliver workshops that address specific goals.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs for continuous improvement.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, fostering open communication and a culture of respect.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction through creative and meaningful programs.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
Attendance & Leave Management:
  • Oversee attendance tracking systems, ensuring accuracy in records of employee work hours and leaves.
  • Manage leave requests, coordinating with department heads to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws regarding leave management.
Payroll Processing:
  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to address discrepancies and maintain compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Use HR software and Excel to streamline payroll processes and ensure precision.
Performance Management:
  • Oversee performance evaluations, ensuring timely feedback and alignment with employee development goals.
  • Partner with department heads to set clear performance objectives and provide coaching support.
  • Develop recognition programs to celebrate achievements and encourage high performance.
Compliance & Policies:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and other regulations.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Maintain secure and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Workplace Culture & Retention:
  • Build and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects Centro's values.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion efforts, ensuring all employees feel welcomed and valued.
  • Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance job satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional, ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong skills in recruitment, training, and employee relations, with a focus on creating a positive work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HR software, and other tools for efficient HR management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll and compliance tasks.
  • Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills to address employee concerns effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle high-pressure situations with poise.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
