This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Celebrity Secrets in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
