We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager,
you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including
recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR
compliance. You will play a critical role in supporting our organizations growth and fostering a
positive and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
objectives.
Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate sourcing,
interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance improvement
plans, and disciplinary actions.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws,
regulations, and company standards.
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance
evaluations, and career development planning.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and
competencies.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave
policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure compliance and
continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. .
3+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team
members.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze issues and
implement effective solutions.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
