The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and deductions.
Compliance and Legal Adherence:
- Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Manage audits and documentation for statutory compliance.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Streamline onboarding processes to enhance employee experience.
- Oversee exit formalities, including clearance and feedback collection.
Attendance Management:
- Monitor and maintain attendance records, leave policies, and employee schedules.
- Address discrepancies and resolve attendance-related concerns.
General HR Support:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and HR best practices.
