Position: HR Manager
Location: Noida (Work From Office Only)
As Human Resources Manager role that focuses on aligning HR functions with the overall business goals and objectives of an organization. You will work closely with business leaders and managers to provide HR solutions that support the company's growth, culture, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic HR Planning: Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals. *
Talent Acquisition: Overseeing recruitment efforts, workforce planning, and talent management.
* Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
* Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal systems, coaching managers, and facilitating talent development.
* Compensation and Benefits: Managing compensation structures, benefits programs, and ensuring competitive pay practices.
* HR Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
* Data Analysis: Utilizing HR analytics to make data-driven decisions and identify trends in workforce data.
* Change Management: Assisting in organizational change initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions.
* Employee Engagement: Fostering employee engagement and satisfaction through various HR programs and initiatives.
Requirements for Role:
* A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (some positions may require a master's degree or relevant certifications).
* 3+ years of experience in HR, often including previous roles in HR generalist positions.
* Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex HR issues.
