JOB SCOPE :
Handle Recruitment (Advertise / Interview)- Create position, job descriptions, schedule interviews, appointment letter
Setup Marketing & Sales Team
- Analyze position that need to be filled
New Structure Organization- Listed Position, Job Descriptions, workflow and work chain, channel, candidate quality
Any Other Government Update.
- Manage and Monitoring KPI System (Make sure all employee have objective to achieve by individual)
Monitoring Staff Disciplinary.- Plan Company activities (Dinner, Boot Camp, Tournament, Birthday Party, Family Day)
Propose average of salary, EPF, SOCSO based on manpower to finance.
- Calculation of salaries using SQL System, EPF & SOCSO contribution, leave, claims,
Create Sop Policy- Prepare, Monitoring and Control of Standard Operation Procedure for all department.
Renew license, rental, quotation if needed
- Manage & monitor inventory, office equipment, office maintenance stationery etc.
REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Human Resources
5years above experience in HR Management- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision

Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
