Job Description
As Flying-Crews.com's HR Manager, your major role is to locate and post airline job openings on our job board in Australia (AU), Canada (CA), the United States (USA), the United Kingdom (UK), the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and New Zealand (NZ). You'll be responsible for ensuring that our job postings are correct and up to date, as well as connecting aviation experts with airlines.
Key Responsibilities
Research and locate job openings in the aviation industry in
Australia,Canada, the
United States, the
United Kingdom, the
United Arab Emirates, and
New Zealand.
- Collaborate with airlines to understand their recruitment requirements.
- Create and publish job postings on the Flying-Crews.com Job Board, assuring accuracy and completeness.
- Regularly update and maintain Job listings to reflect the latest opportunities.
- Engage with aviation professionals and job seekers to create a smooth user experience on our platform.
- Monitor job listing performance and make data-driven changes to improve user engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with airlines and aviation industry stakeholders.
- Work together with the marketing and communications teams to successfully promote job listings.
- Collaborate with the development team to improve the user experience of the Flying-Crews.com job board.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in aviation recruitment.

Qualifications
- A master's degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM is a plus.
- Proven experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related role, preferably in the Aviation industry.
- Strong knowledge of the aviation job markets in Australia, California, the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE, and New Zealand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with AI job posting sites and application tracking systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to operate both independently and collectively.
- A strong interest in the aviation industry and a desire to promote career prospects for aviation professionals.
