Designation: Lead- HR

Location: Gurugram

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes

2. Stakeholder Management

3. Partner with department heads to understand their talent needs and provide strategic HR support in workforce

planning, succession planning, and performance management.

4. Design and execute employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives

5. Goal setting for various functions along with managing a performance appraisal system

6. Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

7. Lead training and development initiatives for new inductions and existing employees

8. Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and HR systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

9. Manage employee relations issues and provide coaching and guidance to managers on handling sensitive HR

matters effectively.

Key traits of the incumbent:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience of at least 5 years in a HR leadership role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced

environment.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in India.

Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, including sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the

organization.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives and actions.

Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach to HR service delivery.
