The Opportunity
As our first HR hire, you'll wear multiple hats and have direct impact on our company's growth. You'll build our HR function from scratch, implementing the processes that will scale with us while maintaining the agility of a startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute our full-cycle recruitment strategy, from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our startup culture
- Create our compensation strategy and benefits framework
- Build our performance management and career development programs
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent
- Partner with leadership to plan for organizational growth and development
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
- Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and best practices
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in ambiguity
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR tech stack implementation is a plus
