Roles and Responsibilities
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Preparation of MIS reports and present the same as and when needed
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in close collaboration with HR Head
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with different stakeholders within the organization to ensure that the defined objectives and goals of the organization are met.
- Coordinate with regional HR members in different countries and work closely with them on HR operations activities
- Any other HR activities assigned from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have around 10 years in the HR domain and at least 2-3 years in IT industry
- Excellent communication and articulations skills and must have an analytical bent of mind
- Must be aware of industry best practices
- Should be willing to work from Gurgaon office at Udyog Vihar for 5 days a week
