Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Preparation of MIS reports and present the same as and when needed
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in close collaboration with HR Head
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders within the organization to ensure that the defined objectives and goals of the organization are met.
  • Coordinate with regional HR members in different countries and work closely with them on HR operations activities
  • Any other HR activities assigned from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have around 10 years in the HR domain and at least 2-3 years in IT industry
  • Excellent communication and articulations skills and must have an analytical bent of mind
  • Must be aware of industry best practices
  • Should be willing to work from Gurgaon office at Udyog Vihar for 5 days a week
