About the Role:
As a Human Resources Intern at Internbuddy, you'll gain valuable experience in a dynamic HR environment, supporting various aspects of our talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration processes.

Intern's day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment: Facilitate recruitment, such as sifting through applications, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: Support new hires in the onboarding process, which includes paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Relations: Assist with employee relations activities, such as handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining employee records.
- .HR Administration: Supports HR administrative tasks . benefits administration, and performance management.
- Projects: Involved in special HR projects and initiatives.
