Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern at Internbuddy, you will play an active role in supporting our team with the following tasks:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, screening candidates, managing interview schedules, and communicating with potential hires.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Help facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees by guiding them through necessary paperwork, orientations, and initial training sessions.
  • Employee Relations Support: Collaborate with the HR team to assist in resolving employee inquiries, addressing workplace concerns, and maintaining employee records to ensure smooth operations.
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support in tasks such as benefits administration, performance reviews, and maintaining HR documentation, ensuring everything is up to date and well-organized.
  • Project Involvement: Contribute to the execution of various HR projects and initiatives, learning about HR best practices while making tangible contributions to the company's growth.
