Duration- 2 months

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Intern . This internship opportunity will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, such as online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Review and screen resumes, and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a timely and positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings, as required.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices, and provide suggestions for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms, such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
