Job description:
We are searching for a HR Intern who will assist the Human Resources (HR) department in various aspects of the recruitment process. This role provides an opportunity for hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. The intern will work closely with HR professionals to support the hiring needs of the organization and gain valuable insights into recruitment practices.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, career websites, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest in the position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.
- Prepare interview materials, including candidate profiles, interview questions, and evaluation forms.
- Participate in interviews as an observer or note-taker to assist in the assessment process.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
