Job Description

  • Responsibilities:

Bring a GSD (Get Stuff Done) attitude to work!

Enter candidate and employee data, manage & update as required to Assist the founders and core team in prioritizing tasks, making calls, scheduling meetings, and managing the daily calendar.

Track time and coordinate the completion of ongoing department projects.

Manage all HR-related admin matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Requirements:

A strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail and ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively

Willing to dive into the trenches and do whatever is necessary to get the ball across the line

Must be proactive with a desire to stretch beyond the task list to support the team

Reliable, driven and results-oriented

Ability to work with different departments and manage a great deal of information, tasks, and relationships

Shows integrity, discretion, and ethical behavior in all work situations

Preferably residing near the office, specifically in Dadar, Matunga, Mahim, Bandra, or Sion.

Rs. 5,000 (per month) + Travel Allowance of Rs. 1,500/-
