Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and communication.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process, including tracking and documenting employee performance.
- Assist in developing performance improvement plans and providing ongoing support to managers and employees.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
- Track and document employee training activities.
- Policy and Compliance:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
