Job Description

Are you passionate about Human Resources and looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative environment Writesonic is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all required documentation is completed.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and communication.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the performance appraisal process, including tracking and documenting employee performance.
  • Assist in developing performance improvement plans and providing ongoing support to managers and employees.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development:
  • Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
  • Track and document employee training activities.
  • Policy and Compliance:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
