HR INTERN
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. You will work closely with the HR team to support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes within our organization. This internship offers a valuable learning experience for individuals interested in pursuing a career in human resources.
Responsibilities
-Recruitment and Selection:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening
resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate interview logistics, including interview room setup, candidate
communication, and interview panel coordination.
Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating new hire orientations.
-Employee Relations:
Assist in maintaining employee records, including personnel files and HR
databases.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic information regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building
activities and employee recognition programs.
-HR Administration:
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Help maintain HR documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, and
procedures.
Support the HR team in organizing and maintaining employee-related records and documentation.
-HR Projects and Initiatives:
Contribute to HR projects, such as employee surveys, performance management, and training and development programs.
Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends
to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in organizing HR-related events, workshops, and training sessions.
-Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Help maintain confidentiality and data privacy of employee information in line with legal and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing/completed a degree in human resources, business
administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and
professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
Availability to commit to a designated internship period
