About the Internship
As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in recruitment, industry analysis, employer branding, and HR project management. Your role will be essential in supporting the HR function in various tasks and projects. Here are your key responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment process by posting job ads on different platforms, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Utilize MS-Office to create and update talent records, reports, and other relevant HR documents.
- Enhance our employer branding by developing content for social media and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and best practices in HR policies and procedures.
- Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials.
- Collaborate with team members on project management tasks such as conducting/organizing HR initiatives, surveys and events.
- Support in employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases.
We are Looking for
- Effective communicators
- Graduates/Post graduates in HR or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different stakeholders maintaining confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Available for duration of 3 months
- Immediate joiners, located/willing to relocate to NCR preferred
