Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern at Undhiyu Creation. The HR Intern will be involved in various HR tasks, including HR management, policy development, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. They will assist in supporting the HR team and gaining hands-on experience in the field.

• Experience in developing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of legal HR regulations and compliance
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
