Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist the HR team with day-to-day tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, maintaining HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. You will also be responsible for assisting with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Understanding of HR Management and policies
- Familiarity with employee benefits administration
- Experience in personnel management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
