Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern at TEN Investing. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting the HR team with day-to-day tasks, such as managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR and gain a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices.

• Strong interest in Human Resources
• Knowledge of HR management and best practices
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
• Understanding of employee benefits
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
