Role Description

This is a remote internship role at TEN: HR Consulting. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for tasks such as assisting with HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, personnel management, and supporting various HR operations.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience with HR Policies and Personnel Management
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Understanding of HR operations and processes
