This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Intern role at Technman Consulting in Ahmedabad. As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management and Personnel Management skills
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work well in a team
• Experience with HR software and systems is a plus
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
