- Screening: Screen the resumes and applications of all candidates properly regarding the alignment of their profile with the job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews between the candidate and the hiring manager, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Negotiation: handle salary negotiations and manage the offer process to ensure successful placements.
