Stipend - 3,000 per month

Education Qualification:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA (HR), MSW, MHRM)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR field, specifically focusing on recruitment and other HR activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job description :

Get the information from the HR regarding the open positions in the organization.

Discuss with the respective Project manager/Team leads to know the exact requirement.

Post the current requirement and source the profiles from job portals like Indeed, Naukri and social media like LinkedIn etc.

Update the information about the candidates in the Zoho recruit.

Screen the candidates and process the profiles of suitable candidates to the respective Team leads.

Schedule the interview telephonically or virtually and once the candidate is selected, get the pay slips from the candidate for the salary negotiation and release the offer.

Follow up with the candidate till on boarding.

On the date of joining, Get the necessary documents from the New joinee which need to be filed in separate files

Collect the basic details about the new joinee and update it in new joinee Tracker and create a new employee id.

During induction, HR Polices and all the necessary information should be explained to the new joinee.

Coordinate with the DB Team to provide the system, place, access card and the login for webmail,slack and time tracker.

Check with the Joinee if he already has any PF or ESI Account, if he does not has any, new account to be created.

Inform all employee should sign the manual attendance on daily basis.

Extract the data from essl and calculate the attendance using VLookup formula and update the attendance calculation sheet on daily basis which will be used during the salary process .

For leave and permission ,every employee should get approval from their respective Team leads

And Team leads should inform the HR about the same.
