Job Description:

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in various capacities, gaining hands-on experience in the core functions of HR. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a professional setting. The intern will work closely with the HR team on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help organize and coordinate HR events and employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents and reports.

Requirements:

• Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
