Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in the power electronics industry. The HR Intern will support the HR department in various tasks related to recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, and other HR-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate and assist with the employee onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining employee files, records, and documentation.
• Support the HR team in developing and implementing training and development programs.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist with employee communication.
• Assist with various HR projects and initiatives, as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
• Passion for the power electronics industry and desire to learn about the business.
