Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern at SEMS Foundation. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR tasks and projects, and will work closely with the HR team.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Experience or coursework in HR management and HR policies
- Understanding of employee benefits and personnel management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HR software or systems is a plus
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
