Job Overview
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team at Scale Yourself Co. This is a part-time, remote internship position suitable for fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. The internship is based in Delhi, Delhi, India.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating the HR database
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support the coordination of HR programs and initiatives
- Assist in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities
- Participate in cross-functional team projects as assigned
