Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Intern role at Popular Digital AI in Bengaluru for 3 months. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR tasks, including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The role will involve gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions and contributing to the overall HR strategy.

• Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and collecting feedback.
• Help in analyzing survey results and preparing reports for management.
• Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
• Support the HR team in implementing new HR technologies and systems..
• Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases and records.
• Help with data analysis, and preparing HR metrics and reports.
• Support the HR team in ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualification

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
