Role Description

This is an internship role at PeopleConnect in Gurgaon. He/She will be responsible for sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process. The role also includes screening resumes, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining a candidate database. The end to end training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies skills.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Candidate should have own laptop.

Fixed Stipend & bonus based on performance.

5 days working from office at IrisTech park Sohna Road Gurgaon (WFH option for candidates living in other cities)
