This internship is to be part of the HR Team and will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager in Talent Acquisition, Talent management & Retention, Employee Engagement & HR Operations
Competencies:
1. Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
3. Passion to learn the HR full life cycle.
Roles & learnings Internship training:
1. The intern will get an opportunity to work with HR Manager and can explore various projects which shall help in academics & career specifications.
2. This internship will give exposure to various HR activities i.e., Recruitment, On-boarding process, new joiner orientation, joining formalities, employee engagement, Payroll, statutory & compliances, and various HR processes
3. Can get real-time professional HR Internship training.
4. Helps you to change your knowledge & skill in the HR Domain
