Job Description

Internship Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, etc.
  2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  4. Schedule interviews and assist in coordinating the interview process.
  5. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
  6. Participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent.
  7. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, particularly in recruitment.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  7. Prior experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is a plus, but not required.
  8. Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
