Internship Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Schedule interviews and assist in coordinating the interview process.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
- Participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, particularly in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is a plus, but not required.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
